Israel was Born in Cuba and moved to Spain at a young age. While in Spain, he developed a passion for their incredible cuisine. After spending several years and starting a family in Spain, Israel came to Miami to reunite with his family. He began making paellas for family gatherings to make sure they always had a taste of Spain. After several paella parties, people started to ask for paellas for their parties too!
